SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

INITIAL Submission

Using FORM 1, submission of expression of interest (Abstract in MSWord not more than 300 words) must be sent to isdc.icabe@gmail.com

FINAL SUBMISSION

a.    Submission must include a concept paper of an A4 size (explanatory texts in less than 300 words) in FORM 2 and A1 size poster (maximum 2 boards: portrait or landscape) 
b.    All submissions should be made in the form of CD/DVD softcopy of the project. The image files must be in 300dpi high resolution with JPEG format ONLY 
c.    Posters should not bear the name and affiliation of the participants. The participants’ identification should appear only on the concept paper 
d.    The types of illustrations and drawings must be in scale to be decided by the entrants 
e.    Submitted work must be original and must not have been published previously elsewhere 
f.     All submissions should be sent by registered post to:
